We only charge sales tax which is included in price. For international orders, a customs
duty will be incurred (the amount of which is determined by your country of residence).

Comode.ge is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe
weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused
by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays. In cases such as these, please

In the case that our courier companies are unable to deliver a package due to an
incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple
failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise Co.Mode is not
responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Co.Mode
is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases
such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned
packages due to failed delivery.

All sales final on markdowns, phone orders, special orders, pre-orders, international
orders (outside the GE), We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.
Merchandise in original sealable condition with all original tags attached may be returned
back or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be accompanied by both
the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. To receive a return
authorization number, e-mail (info@comode.ge) or (+995) 595 232298 and provide your
name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
Comode.ge is not responsible for return shipping costs.

*Please note: Prices in Store and Online, in GEL and USD might vary according to the
exchange rates. Co.Mode does not take responsibility if price in GEL might appear less
than price in USD.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does
not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the
item—including belts, shoe boxes, authenticity cards, and dust bags—must be included
and returned in its original condition. Shoes that are returned with marked soles, without
a box, or in a damaged box may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

Any merchandise returned to Co.Mode without a return authorization number will incur a
non-negotiable re-stocking fee at 30% of the cost of the merchandise ordered, excluding
tax and shipping. To request a return authorization number, e-mail (info@comode.ge)
and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for
return.

All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange.

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping and we recommend purchasing delivery
confirmation or tracking. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking,
comode.ge is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.

Yes. All online orders can be returned to Co.Mode store with a return authorization
number, which can be requested by email (info@comode.ge)

We are not responsible of shipping costs for returns on International orders. The order
can be returned within two weeks.

When you pre-order with Comode.ge, you are pledging to purchase merchandise that is
yet-to-arrive in stores. In this way, you are securing yourself a desirable item in advance.
The purchase of merchandise by pre-order is final sale. For more information, please see
our Payment Policy below.

We don’t do refunds on your purchased item. If you want to return item, you can only get
a store credit. You can use the store credit any time during one month period. If you see
promotions, sales online after purchasing full priced item, you may get the discount for
future purchases in some cases.

Pre-order items are shipped soon after they arrive at Comode.ge. Due to varying delivery
dates, each item must be purchased separately, so as to allow for immediate shipment
upon the individual item’s arrival. Please note that pre-orders are shipped on a first-
come, first-served basis; Comode.ge will ship items to customers in the order in which
they were initially placed.

Items purchased by pre-order are Final Sale. Comode.ge requires full payment in
advance for the order.
Upon in-store arrival of the item will be shipped to the client. Pre-ordered merchandise
does not have guaranteed pricing. Because designers may change costs, we reserve the

right to necessarily adjust our prices at any time as needed. If a price increase is
required, we will notify you immediately. If you decide to cancel based upon an adjusted
price, you are still subject to our Cancellation Policy.

With international pre-orders, your package is subject to assessment of duties and taxes
imposed by your country’s government. This amount will be billed to you by our
international courier. Comode.ge is not responsible for payment of these duties and/or
taxes.

There are no cancelation on pre order items.

Co.Mode currently offers one gift option: Store Gift Certificates (valid in-store only).
